Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen für das moodcase Affiliate-Programm

1 Participation in the programme

1.1 The Affiliate must purchase a moodcase subscription in order to participate in the programme.

1.2 After registration, the Affiliate receives an individual affiliate link that can be used to advertise the company's services.

2 commissions

2.1 The Affiliate receives a recurring commission of 10% on all subscriptions concluded via the individual Affiliate link.

2.2 Commission payments are made monthly, provided that the minimum amount of CHF 50 has been reached. Minimum amounts not reached will be carried over to the following month.

3 Conditions for commission payments

3.1 Commission payments are only made as long as the Affiliate has an active moodcase Professional subscription.

3.2 The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate commission payments if the Affiliate breaches the terms of these GTC or if the programme is terminated.

4 Obligations of the Affiliate

4.1 The Affiliate undertakes to promote the Company's services to the best of its knowledge and belief and to comply with legal and ethical standards at all times.

4.2 The Affiliate may not disseminate misleading or false information about the Company's services.

5 Cancellation

5.1 The Programme may be terminated by either party at any time upon 30 days written notice.

5.2 The Company reserves the right to terminate the Programme at any time without giving reasons. In this case, the entitlement to future commission payments shall lapse.

6 Liability

6.1 The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages incurred by the Affiliate in connection with these GTC or the Programme.

6.2 The Affiliate shall indemnify the Company against all third-party claims resulting from a breach of these GTC by the Affiliate.

7 Final provisions

7.1 Amendments or additions to these GTC must be made in writing.

7.2 Should any provision of these GTC be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.

7.3 These GTC are subject to the law of Liechtenstein.

7.4 The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these GTC is Ruggell, Liechtenstein.
